CPS is officially moving its corporate headquarters from Memphis TN to Dublin OH, a Columbus suburb. The new headquarters signals a strategic move on the part of company leadership to expand on the existing office that has been in operation for more than 20 years.
With its close proximity to Columbus, Dublin offers CPS the healthcare, business and community support necessary for current and future growth necessary to meet the evolving needs of hospital, health system and retail pharmacy clients across the country.

About 40 C-suite and administrative employees, a mix of relocating and new executive roles, are in the process of moving to join an existing 14-person office. Private equity firm Frazier Healthcare Partners acquired CPS one year ago and hired (Frank) Segrave as chairman and CEO. Other top executives were brought in, including two from Walmart Stores Inc. It's time to bring everyone under one roof, Segrave said.
“The best place for that is the Columbus area,” he said. “It’s a growing, vibrant community. It made sense for recruitment of future talent, for growth opportunities."
Dublin is home to a number of large corporations including Cardinal Health, Nationwide Insurance, OhioHealth, Century Link, Express Scripts, Stanley Steemer and Wendy’s. The area offers a highly educated and diverse workforce with access to Ohio State University.
CPS has strategically important locations in Memphis, TN, Costa Mesa, CA, Brooklyn Park, MN and Naperville, IL just outside of Chicago. CPS has a large mobile workforce of hospital pharmacy experts deployed in hospitals and systems across the U.S and Puerto Rico.
Columbus Business First further states: CPS entered the market two years ago when it acquired the former Pharmacy Systems Inc. in Dublin, which was a competitor one-fourth its size dominant in Ohio and the Ohio Valley. Its president, Michael McCarrell, today is CPS' president and COO. The company is preparing an office in Metro Center, which should be ready by early September.
