Presented by Managed Markets Insight & Technology (MMIT), this national award recognizes the nation’s top HSSPs that provide the best customer satisfaction and overall patient care. MMIT selects finalists and winners based on each organization’s patient satisfaction surveys and overall net promoter score (NPS), a cross-industry standardized index ranging from -100 to +100 that measures customers’ willingness to recommend a product or service to others.

Five-Year Streak: CPS-Managed Specialty Pharmacies Consistently Achieve Award-Winning Results  

2026 marks the fifth consecutive year of CPS’ specialty pharmacy clients either winning or being honored as a finalist for this prestigious award, due to their industry-leading patient care and customer satisfaction. 

Collectively, our clients’ HSSPs achieved a 94 patient NPS in MMIT’s latest survey. CPS’ score was not only higher than the industry standard but also the highest overall NPS by specialty pharmacy type, surpassing even other HSSPs.
