This dashboard analyzes the Quality of Life (QoL) reported by patients within the new streamlined TherigySTM Care Plans. It allows pharmacies to observe collection frequency, common QoL responses and change over time. By monitoring QoL over time on a patient-by-patient basis, pharmacists can derive an overall outcome for the pharmacy’s clinical program for QoL.

Urgent Care / Infection / Missed Days Productivity Dashboard 

This dashboard analyzes patient reported data regarding urgent healthcare utilization, acute infection status, and missed days of productivity collected with the new streamlined TherigySTM care plans. With this dashboard, pharmacists can observe trends over time to develop plans for proactive care. Each of the main categories covered can be used to contribute to an overall story of patient cases and patient reported outcomes.

HIV Clinical Outcomes Dashboard

The HIV Clinical Outcomes dashboard is designed to track the progress of HIV patients and evaluate changes in status as well as eventual outcomes. The default setting delivers a summary of HIV patients receiving treatment, but can be filtered to explore outcomes related to a specific drug or other variables. The goal of this dashboard is to identify cases where positive outcomes were achieved and diagnose obstacles so that pharmacists can intervene and adjust therapy appropriately.

PHQ-2 Dashboard

The PHQ-2 dashboard analyzes trends in PHQ-2 score over time, and the number of activities per patient. Each of the main categories covered in this dashboard can be used to contribute to an overall story of patient cases and reported outcomes. Data enables pharmacists to take proactive steps to address mental health symptoms.
