• Migraine is a highly prevalent, disabling neurological disorder that often causes incapacity to work.
• Migraines occurring on workdays result in lost work hours due to both absenteeism and presenteeism.
• Migraine presenteeism accounts for 57% of lost work hours, and productivity decreases about 40% during migraine episodes.
• Calcitonin gene-related peptide modulators ( CGRPm ) are established as effective preventative
• The economic impact of migraine establishes the necessity for optimal disease state management.

Objective

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of routine health system specialty pharmacy clinical services on absenteeism and presenteeism in migraine patients.
