Drew Memorial Health System is a non-profit, community-owned acute care facility serving a population of 200,000 in Southeast Arkansas. For over 35 years, the hospital has operated in their current location in Monticello, Arkansas where they commit to enhancing health and wellness across the region.

Back in 2017, Drew Memorial needed to hire new leadership for their pharmacy service, but finding experienced staff in a rural area was no easy feat. Scott Barrilleaux, Chief Executive Officer, knew a partnership could help. “I was introduced to CPS at my first hospital in the early 2000s,” says Barrilleaux. “From there, I continued to bring CPS to most of my other facilities, then I brought them in again here at Drew Memorial.”
