With out‑of‑pocket medication costs climbing, many patients are being forced to delay, ration, or abandon essential medications altogether. The consequences extend far beyond financial strain, contributing to poorer clinical outcomes and widening gaps in equitable care.
However, billions of dollars in available financial assistance go unused every year.
Limited awareness and fragmented technology leave both patients and providers without the tools they need to find and secure financial assistance. Health systems that build in‑house specialty pharmacy programs gain greater control and visibility across the medication journey.
